IVT 22.0b upgrade

The new features of IVT version 22.0b:

• Tab bar with draggable tabs to allow more intuitive switching between sessions.
• UTF-8 and IME keyboard support (see this screen shot).
• Various resizing problems solved.
• Many extensions to the script language, numerous bugfixes and improvements.
